Privacy

Private learning state stays bounded to your identity.

The Academy separates learner state, private conversations, evidence, and owner operations. Access is enforced by authenticated server and database boundaries, not by browser labels alone.

What the Academy stores

The Academy may store account identity, onboarding state, learning progress, quest results, private portfolio metadata, Lucy conversation history, and evidence-aware memory records needed for the experience.

How Lucy uses context

Lucy retrieves a bounded selection of relevant learner state and conversation history. Raw conversations are not automatically promoted into durable memory, and private records are not presented as public social content.

Authority boundaries

Ordinary learners cannot access owner workstation tools. Protected owner operations require an exact owner identity and explicit capability policy. Secrets and internal governance records are not exposed to learner-facing Lucy.

Current scope

This page describes the current product boundary and is not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal advice. Material policy changes should be versioned and presented before they take effect.
